On February 6, 2025, our factory held a pre – opening technical training session focusing on how to produce test bench better in the new year.
technicians shared their experiences and professional knowledge. They covered a wide range of topics, including the correct startup and shutdown procedures of various equipment, routine maintenance and inspection methods, and how to deal with common malfunctions.
In addition, the training also included group discussions. Workers actively participated, sharing their on – site problems and suggestions. Through these discussions, many practical solutions were proposed, such as optimizing the equipment operation process based on the actual production situation and strengthening communication and cooperation between different shifts to ensure the continuous and stable production of equipment.
This training laid a solid foundation for the factory’s production in the new year. All employees are now more confident and skilled in operating equipment, aiming to achieve better production results in 2025.
